I'm a new user of Google slides, so of course my issues could be due to user error. But twice now the app has frozen up while I've been trying to use the text function. Closing and reopening doesn't help.

I give it one star because it at least works……🫠🫠🫠👿

Cool

I can not go more that 5 minutes without the app freezing and not responding. Very fustrating as the app is barely functional at that point.

Everything IS AWESOME

It dose not really have many features and things that make it easier necessarily, the website is really glitchy. personally I recommend canva.

3/26 I really appreciate that there's an app to edit slides as it's easier to add my pictures from my phone in the slideshow, but it's extremely frustrating how we can't see the version history like on desktop. or at least it's hard to find. other than that it's a good app.

When trying to present this to my class I am trying to scroll through my speaker notes which can be quite lengthy. However when I go to scroll nothing happens. Very glitchy/ slow to respond. Is capable of a lot but not very useful if I can’t get it to scroll. Yes I am updated as well on the most recent version of the app.

I like this up because it’s good for a teacher students and if you want to use it

Doesn’t not seem to work well on iPad. I am getting lock out of the objects and texts until I back out of a document. Copying and pasting from other apps make is a big issues, requiring an app restart almost every time.

ok so why can i not click on anything and it doesn’t even let me type. I can’t drag anything and i’ve restarted the app a lot.

Why do you run out of space so quickly? It won’t let me delete two slides that I didn’t even make

I’ve been using this app since middle school and it’s been great but recently, I have been having trouble on my IPad with freezing and being laggy when I try to scroll through the slides and it is so annoying.

I love making projects in Google Slides, but the app version is so stunted. There are basic features that the computer version has that the app totally could have, but doesn't. I almost always end up having to get on my computer to complete a slideshow anyways, because you are so limited in the app. It also barely loads slides when presenting if you do decide to add transitions/animations/etc. from your computer. Even worse, it will randomly glitch out OFTEN to where I can't edit anything and I have to exit my project to reset it. The only thing going for it is it's more convenient. TLDR; the app version is so poorly designed.

It’s okay but it will not let me make a background I do this on a computer at school and I do it at home on a iPad and I know how to make a background it just doesn’t let me

Edits made on IOS often take hours to days to show up for others. Ridiculous. Unable to use basic text editing options like indentations.

Omg so!!!! I do all my assignments on this and I always get 95-100!!!! Google slides offers pre set slides, and so much other stuff! It’s it super easy to use, it only took me 2 hours to figure out how to use it after u got it! Plus its teacher approved so It’s amazing!!!!!

I was looking at purchase history, I saw that Google Slides app charged me $7.41. I don’t know why and I can’t get a refund. I am not happy.
