Very broken and cant even update

App opens but will not let me open any of my presentations. The app registers first tap but doesnt open anything. No subsequent taps are registered as it completely freezes. Have very strong wifi signal. iPad 2 iOS 7/have tried 4 times to update app but freezes mid update. Cant even update august 13.
