Cant use app after iOS 9.3.2 update

Since I updated my iPad mini to iOS 9.3.2 late last week this app is stuck in some kind of app limbo. The app icon is grayed out on my home screen making it unusable. When I went to the App Store there was no update available. I have both Google Sheets and Docs with versions released on the same day. Both work just fine. The really weird thing is that I cant delete Slides and it doesnt appear on my list of apps when I look under the settings tab when I connect with iTunes. Had I rated this app before the iOS update it would have received four stars, now unfortunately I have an icon that leads to nowhere and I cant find any advice on how to fix the problem.
