Google Slides App Reviews

This app is always improving and exceeds all expectations. Only struggle I have with it is how easily my touch sensitive mouse wheel advances or returns too easily through (sometimes several) slides while I am working. This is very difficult to control and perhaps I have to look into seeing if I can disable mouse wheel (in my case it is a touch sensitive gesture) functionality while working on my presentations.

I thought it would be good, but on an iPad Air, it glitches, makes a photo gigantic that used to be tiny, and takes forever to load... Just use PowerPoint instead.

Still waiting for this to be optimized for the iPhone X.

Love the flexibility to use it from my phone, iPad, or computer. Great product. Only wish is that it had more keyboard shortcuts (like PPT). PPT still seems to be a little easier to use, but maybe I dont know enough about how to use Slides.

I love how easy it is to use! As a student, the option to work from any device is incredibly convenient. The animation options for presenting the slides do lack variety however. I also enjoy the simplicity of being able to work on a single project with others simultaneously from different screens.

Worked great on my iPhone until I updated to iOS 11 then it started to crash. Now, it will not open at all. Love the app on my PC and Mac, but not sure what to do about it on my phone.

The computer site works great but it sucks on mobile. The buttons are too small and the UI lags no matter if it’s an iPhone 8 or iPhone 6, even my iPad it lags on. What is there to really process

Please do the right thing and support the screen size for the iPhone X. Were all waiting for you to update all of your apps.

We used it mostly at school,totally works makes much easier for using it then writing in paper I don’t know what I would do without it!

Good if you don’t have your computer! The app is kind of slow.

We have been so much more effective at communicating our goals across our team with the addition of google slides. Plus we are greener, we have cut down printing meeting notes and instead have been using slide shows and email to get the word out about company updates. Great tool!

I use this app for many school projects, it is very convenient for group projects. We can work together at the same time on the PowerPoint

It’s very convenient for iPads and phones and it can do almost everything the web version can. It is especially good for collaborating on projects. That is Google’s strong suit apparently.

This app is wonderful, my students are thrilled by the ease of use and the professional results.

Nags to rate app are annoying. Otherwise great though!

Pretty good app, simple, easy to understand, great for any presentations. But I think the iOS app should be able to have transitions. Also, when you try to move text boxes around, they don’t move. It’s really hard to move stuff around. If you need to make a presentation quickly use keynote but if you need to create a long, detailed, precise work, this app is pretty great for that.
